Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Financial Policy”) establishes the payment terms, billing procedures, settlement timelines, cancellation liabilities, refund framework, and financial obligations applicable to services provided through Influencers Night Media (“Company”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Financial Policy applies to:

Venue payments for Collaboration Events and managed campaigns;
Content Creator / Influencer payments for Collaboration Events;
Customer payments for bookings, registrations, tickets, and other Platform transactions;
Affiliate and referral commission payments.

By booking a Collaboration Event, accepting a proposal, purchasing a booking, registering as a partner, participating as a Content Creator / Influencer, or joining an affiliate program, you agree to be bound by this Financial Policy and the applicable agreements governing your relationship with Influencers Night Media.

This Policy should be read together with:

any Collaboration Proposal, quotation, invoice, booking confirmation, or written agreement issued by Influencers Night Media.

Where a specific agreement or transaction term applies, that agreement shall govern.

1. Currency

All payments, unless otherwise specified, shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

2. Pricing and Commercial Terms

Pricing, fees, commissions, and payment structures may vary depending on the nature of the service, Collaboration Event, booking, referral program, or partnership arrangement.

Commercial terms may be communicated through:

quotations;
invoices;
Collaboration Proposals;
booking pages;
partner agreements;
commission schedules;
written confirmations issued by Influencers Night Media.

A quotation issued by Influencers Night Media shall remain valid for seven (7) days unless otherwise stated.

Influencers Night Media reserves the right to modify pricing, fees, commissions, and commercial terms for future transactions.

Changes shall not affect confirmed transactions unless mutually agreed in writing.

3. Payment Methods

Payments may be made through available payment methods, including:

UPI;
bank transfer;
credit or debit cards;
payment gateways;
cash;
other payment methods approved by Influencers Night Media.

A payment shall be considered received only after successful confirmation of funds by Influencers Night Media.

Payment gateway delays, banking delays, failed transfers, or technical issues shall not be considered completed payment until funds are successfully received.

4. Managed Collaboration Event Payments (Venue Obligations)

Payments relating to Collaboration Events and managed campaigns between Influencers Night Media and participating venues shall be governed by: Venue Terms & Conditions and applicable Collaboration Proposals or written agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

50% of the agreed campaign fee shall be payable as an advance payment upon confirmation of the Collaboration Event.
The remaining 50% shall be payable at least two (2) hours before the scheduled start time of the Collaboration Event.

A Collaboration Event shall not be considered confirmed until the required advance payment has been received.

If the Venue fails to clear outstanding payments within the agreed timeline, Influencers Night Media reserves the right to:

suspend the Collaboration Event;
restrict Content Creator / Influencer participation;
withhold campaign execution;
cancel the Collaboration Event;
recover outstanding amounts, costs, and losses.

5. Venue Cancellation and Financial Liability

Cancellation of confirmed Collaboration Events by a Venue shall result in financial liability based on the cancellation timeline.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

More than 72 hours before the Collaboration Event	50% advance payment retained as non-refundable booking deposit
72–48 hours before the Collaboration Event	60% of total campaign fee payable
48–24 hours before the Collaboration Event	80% of total campaign fee payable
Less than 24 hours before the Collaboration Event or on-site cancellation	100% of total campaign fee payable

The above obligations are in addition to any costs already incurred by Influencers Night Media, including:

Content Creator / Influencer coordination;
staffing;
production;
logistics;
preparation costs;
other committed expenses.

6. Venue Referral Program Billing

Payments arising from venue referral or tracked customer acquisition programs shall be governed by:

Referral charges shall be calculated based on verified qualifying actions, including attendance, bookings, or other agreed criteria.

The applicable commission rates and calculation methods shall be determined by the relevant Commission Schedule.

Unless otherwise stated:

Referral statements shall be calculated on a Monday-to-Sunday weekly cycle.
Invoices shall be issued every Monday.
Payments shall be due by Wednesday at 11:59 PM IST.

Venues shall have forty-eight (48) hours from invoice issuance to formally dispute attendance counts or billing entries.

Failure to raise a written dispute within this period shall constitute acceptance of the invoice details.

Late payments may attract a 10% daily late penalty on the outstanding amount until fully cleared.

7. Content Creator / Influencer Campaign Payments

Payments to Content Creators / Influencers participating in Collaboration Events shall be governed by: Influencer Terms & Conditions and applicable Collaboration Event terms.

Payment amounts, barter arrangements, reimbursements, and other compensation structures may vary depending on the specific Collaboration Event.

Payment eligibility may depend on completion of agreed requirements, attendance, and fulfilment of applicable deliverables.

8. Influencer Affiliate Commission Payments

Affiliate and referral commissions earned by Content Creators / Influencers shall be governed by:

Affiliate commissions are separate from Collaboration Event payments.

Commission eligibility shall be determined based on:

approved referral attribution;
verified bookings;
qualifying customer actions;
applicable cancellation rules;
fraud prevention checks.

Influencers Night Media shall process eligible affiliate commission payments directly.

Unless otherwise specified:

Affiliate earnings accumulated during a calendar month shall be calculated and processed monthly.
Payments shall be released on the 10th day of the following month.

Influencers Night Media may adjust, delay, withhold, or cancel commissions arising from:

fraudulent activity;
duplicate attribution;
invalid bookings;
cancelled transactions where commission is not earned;
inaccurate information;
breach of applicable agreements.

9. Customer Payments, Bookings and Refunds

Customer payments, including:

tickets;
registrations;
cover charges;
table bookings;
venue bookings;
other Platform transactions

shall be governed by: Event Ticketing Booking & Refund Policy and applicable booking terms communicated at the time of purchase.

Refund eligibility, cancellation rules, rescheduling policies, and customer obligations shall be determined according to the applicable booking terms.

10. Payments Based on Confirmed Actions, Not Business Results

Payments, commissions, and fees under this Platform are based on confirmed qualifying actions and agreed services.

Payments are not dependent on:

revenue generated;
sales;
customer spending;
social media reach;
engagement;
viral performance;
business outcomes;
opinions expressed by Content Creators / Influencers.

Once a qualifying action or agreed service has been completed, payment obligations remain enforceable unless otherwise stated in applicable terms.

11. Invoices and Financial Records

Invoices, payment records, booking records, attendance records, tracking records, platform data, and transaction records maintained by Influencers Night Media shall be considered valid evidence for determining payment obligations, subject to applicable law.

12. Payment Disputes

Any dispute relating to invoices, payments, commissions, refunds, or financial obligations must be communicated to Influencers Night Media within the applicable dispute period.

For referral invoices, the applicable dispute period shall be forty-eight (48) hours from invoice issuance.

Other disputes shall be governed by the applicable agreement or policy.

Influencers Night Media shall review available records and determine the appropriate resolution.

13. No Set-Off or Unauthorised Deductions

No party may reduce, withhold, offset, or adjust any amount payable to Influencers Night Media unless expressly approved in writing.

Outstanding obligations shall remain payable regardless of unrelated claims or disputes unless otherwise agreed.

14. Payment Default and Recovery Rights

Where any amount becomes due and payable but remains unpaid, Influencers Night Media may:

suspend services;
suspend partner participation;
restrict Platform access;
withhold applicable payments where legally permitted;
cancel future bookings or collaborations;
recover outstanding amounts, penalties, costs, and losses;
initiate legal recovery proceedings where necessary.

15. Chargebacks and Payment Reversals

Unauthorised payment reversals, chargebacks, or disputed transactions shall be reviewed based on the reason, circumstances, and applicable agreement.

Responsibility for such amounts shall be determined according to:

the cause of the dispute;
applicable policies;
partner agreements;
booking terms.

16. Modification of Commission and Payment Structures

Influencers Night Media reserves the right to modify future:

commission structures;
payout schedules;
payment procedures;
referral program terms.

Changes shall not affect already completed qualifying transactions unless required by law or agreed otherwise.

17. Taxes and Statutory Obligations

Each party is responsible for its own applicable taxes, filings, and statutory obligations.

Where legally required, Influencers Night Media may deduct applicable taxes, including withholding tax or TDS, before making payments.

18. No Guaranteed Earnings

Participation in any referral, affiliate, or commission-based program does not guarantee:

minimum earnings;
bookings;
customers;
revenue;
commissions.

Earnings depend on qualifying transactions and applicable program terms.

19. Changes to this Policy

Influencers Night Media may update this Financial Policy from time to time.

Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on our website unless otherwise stated.
