They don't treat you like a professional

because you don't act like one.

Treat your content like a craft, not a payment for a free meal.

THE CODE

Change doesn’t happen by accident, it starts with certain codes that keeps you professional, consistent, and focused on building long-term values instead of chasing short-term trends.

  • KEEP PERSONAL OUT OF BUSINESS.

Collaborations are built for business opportunities, not personal favours. So, no dates, birthday celebrations, or personal table requests.

  • CREATE TO INFLUENCE, NOT TO IMPRESS.

Build content that influences real people, not just algorithms. The goal isn’t to win the feed, its to change perception and drive action.

  • CONSISTENCY OVER CONVENIENCE.

Everyone is available when it’s convenient. Professionalism means respecting the opportunity enough to show up when you are needed, weekends or weekdays.

  • ALGORITHMS CHANGE. CHARACTER DOESN’T.

Algorithms change. Numbers fluctuate. Intent, Character, and Mindset build careers that last beyond social media numbers or viral sensations.

  • RESPECT IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Emerging small venue or reputed establishment; every collaboration is a business opportunity and it deserves the same respect, attention, and professionalism.

  • FOLLOWERS DON’T CREATE ENTITLEMENT.

Your follower count doesn’t put you above anyone else. Whether you have 500 followers or 500,000, the same codes apply to everyone.

  • DON’T MAKE IT ABOUT YOURSELF.

Don’t create solely for your own gain. Create content that helps the venue grow, gives the audience a reason to care, and strengthens your own position.

  • BUILD PARTNERSHIPS, NOT TRANSACTIONS.

Treat venues as long-term partners, not one-time content opportunities. Build trust, deliver consistently, and build a reputation that lasts.

  • RAISE THE STANDARD, BE A PROFESSIONAL.

Being an influencer doesn’t mean having a lower professional standard. Show the same discipline, accountability, and professionalism expected in any other profession.

the FOCUS

These are the areas we focus on across every collaboration, every campaign, and every creator.

NETWORK EFFECTS

Even if it's a barter collaboration, you're not just showing up for a free meal.
You'll be in a room with at least 15 other creators, photographer, videographer and a host. You will be around people who are building something. One good conversation can be worth more than the content you create that night.

QUALITY OVER NUMBERS

Not everyone starts with 100,000 followers. We care more about how you create than how many people follow you. Your content, consistency, and attitude will always matter more than a screenshot of your insights.

regular Gigs. Fast Payouts.

Instead of spending months looking for your next opportunity, you'll have a pipeline of venues and experiences available to you throughout the month. Payments will be processed 48 hours after all agreed deliverables have been successfully completed. No 30 days timeline. More Details: Influencer Payout Schedule

We are trying to change the standards of influencer marketing. That can’t be done with people who aren’t serious about their craft.
If you genuinely want to become an influencer in today’s saturated and highly competitive market, you need a reason bigger than free food and Instagram followers. Maybe it’s to piss your relatives, or to prove something to your ex. We don’t care, we just wanna know what it is; write in English, Hindi, or any language you’re comfortable in.
