Effective Date: 23rd July 2026 

This Venue Referral Commission Schedule (“Schedule”) forms part of the Venue Partner Operating Agreement and governs the Referral Commissions payable by Venue Partners for Eligible Bookings attributed through the Influencers Night Media platform.

This Schedule sets out the standard Referral Commission rates applicable to Eligible Bookings, the circumstances under which Referral Commissions become payable, and any applicable limitations, exclusions, promotional variations, Venue Tier commission rates, or alternative commission structures.

This Schedule should be read together with the:

• Terms of Use 
• Privacy Policy 
• Venue Terms & Conditions 
• Venue Partner Operating Agreement 
• Payment Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Unless otherwise stated, all matters relating to Eligible Bookings, referral attribution, Referral Links, Referral Codes, commission eligibility, payment verification, payment schedules, invoicing, disputes, fraud prevention, late payments, deductions, and other operational requirements shall be governed by the Venue Terms & Conditions, Venue Partner Operating Agreement & the Payment Cancellation & Refund Policy 

 

Standard Venue Referral Commission Rates

Referral Commission is calculated on Eligible Bookings successfully attributed to an Influencer Partner through their unique Referral Link or Referral Code.

Unless otherwise communicated for a specific campaign or Collaboration Event, the applicable Referral Commission payable shall be based on the Venue Tier selected by the participating Venue Partner.

Venue Tier	Referral Commission
Tier 1	₹150 per Confirmed Attendee
Tier 2	₹250 per Confirmed Attendee
Tier 3	₹500 per Confirmed Attendee
Tier 4	₹800 per Confirmed Attendee

Special Campaigns & Events

Certain Collaboration Events, campaigns, ticketed events, promotional activities, or limited-time offers may be subject to different Referral Commission rates, eligibility requirements, or alternative commission structures.

Where a campaign or Collaboration Event specifies different Referral Commission rates, eligibility requirements, or other payment conditions, those campaign-specific terms shall prevail and will be communicated before the campaign or Collaboration Event becomes available for participation.

Any campaign-specific or event-specific Referral Commission shall apply only to Eligible Bookings attributed to that particular campaign or Collaboration Event during its applicable promotional period, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed or communicated in writing:

• The Referral Commission calculation period runs from Monday to Sunday.
• An invoice for the applicable Referral Commissions shall be issued after the end of the applicable weekly calculation period.
• Unless otherwise disputed in accordance with the Venue Partner Operating Agreement, Referral Commissions shall be payable on or before Wednesday following the applicable payment cycle.
• Any dispute relating to an invoice must be notified to Influencers Night Media within forty- eight (48) hours of the invoice being issued. Failure to notify a dispute within this period may result in the invoice being deemed accepted, without prejudice to any rights available under applicable law.
• Any undisputed amount shall remain payable on or before the applicable payment due date.
• Payment verification, invoicing, disputes, late payment charges, deductions, and other payment-related matters shall be governed by the Venue Partner Operating Agreement and the Payment Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Commission Changes

Influencers Night Media may revise the Referral Commission rates applicable to Venue Partners from time to time.

This may include, without limitation:

• increasing or decreasing Referral Commission rates for specific Venue Tiers, campaigns, or Collaboration Events;
• excluding specific campaigns, Collaboration Events, or promotional activities from the Referral Programme;
• introducing new Venue Tiers or alternative commission structures; or
• introducing promotional, bonus, or limited-time Referral Commission offers.

Unless otherwise stated, any changes shall apply only to future Eligible Bookings and shall become effective upon publication on our website or through email, platform notifications, or any other official communication channel.
