We do not own, operate, manage, or control participating venues, nor do we act as an employment agency, talent agency, advertising agency, or social media management agency.

The rights, responsibilities, and obligations of participants are governed by their respective agreements with Influencers Night Media.

Client Partners and Content Creators / Influencers remain independent businesses or individuals.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Influencers Night Media does not verify, guarantee, endorse, or adopt every opinion, review, recommendation, representation, or statement made by any participant.

The rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Client Partners, Content Creators / Influencers, and Influencer Partners are governed by the applicableVenue Terms & Conditions, Influencer Terms & Conditions, & Collaboration & Event Terms & Conditions,

5. Venue Information

Information relating to participating venues, including menus, pricing, photographs, operating hours, offers, availability, facilities, dress codes, age restrictions, event information, and similar content is primarily supplied by the relevant Client Partner.

Although Influencers Night Media may organise, edit, format, or publish such information, we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Users are responsible for independently verifying any information that is material to their decision before making a booking or attending a venue.

Additional obligations relating to venue information, bookings, and operational responsibilities are governed by the Venue Terms & Conditions & Collaboration & Event Terms & Conditions,

Every participant remains responsible for their own decisions, conduct, and actions.

Without limitation, participants are responsible for:

• determining whether a venue or Collaboration Event is suitable for them;

• checking allergies, dietary requirements, medical conditions, age restrictions, and alcohol-related considerations;
• consuming alcohol responsibly; and

Participation in any Collaboration Event is undertaken at the participant’s own discretion.
